in amount of assistance because of change in living arrangement or assistance unit size. A change in the amount of the assistance unit's grant because of a change in the assistance unit's living arrangement is made the first of the month following the month the change is reported. A change in assistance is made the first of the month following the month the change is reported and is based on the number of members in the assistance unit on the first of the month. In situations of domestic violence, a change in the assistance unit's living arrangement or in assistance size which results in an increase in the grant amount is made for the month the change is reported. The provisions of § 67:10:05:17 must also be applied before living arrangement or assistance unit size changes may be made after the initial month.
