67:10:09:11Disqualification penalties -- Stay -- Review.

Any period for which a disqualification penalty is imposed remains in effect without the possibility of an administrative stay unless the finding on which the penalty was based is reversed by a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The duration of the disqualification period is not subject to review.
