67:10:10:08Corrective payments.

If the hearing decision is favorable to the applicant or recipient or if the department decides in favor of the applicant or recipient before the hearing, the department shall make corrective payments according to § 67:10:05:13. If the hearing decision is favorable to the department, the department shall recover the overpayment according to § 67:10:05:12.
