of the adoptive parents to substantiate continuing subsidy eligibility. The adoptive parents shall notify the department within thirty days of any change of address; change in the child's needs; the child's death, marriage, or removal from the home; or receipt of social security or supplemental security income. They shall provide or permit medical substantiation for the child's continuing eligibility for medically related subsidy.
