composition. A household may be composed of any of the following: (1) An independent living arrangement; (2) A shared living arrangement; or (3) An Individual living alone. These individuals may not be residents of an institution and must be considered vulnerable according to § 67:15:01:06. The individuals referred to in subdivisions (1), (2), and (3) must be self-supporting and independent.
