67:15:01:09Proof of liability for

heating expenses. Proof of liability for the heating expenses of a vulnerable household consists of one of the following: (1) A bill or statement from the energy supplier that a household has a heating expense account; or (2) A statement from the landlord verifying the amount of the household's rent and the portion of rent designated for heating expenses.
