Monthly LIEAP payment will continue to be made to the energy supplier or landlord until one of the following has occurred: (1) The household has reached its maximum LIEAP benefit level; (2) The household no longer has a heating expense; (3) The LIEAP program year has ended; or (4) The funds available for LIEAP payments have been exhausted.
