67:15:02:03Submission of claim forms for reimbursement.

To obtain reimbursement for home energy supplies, an energy supplier or landlord shall submit a signed claim to the department. The claim shall be submitted on forms provided by the department. The energy supplier may not request reimbursement until the energy supply has been delivered to the household.
