67:15:02:05Notice to energy supplier or landlord.

At least once a month the department shall send to the participating energy supplier or landlord notice of the following: (1) Which of the supplier's customers or the landlord's tenants have been determined eligible for LIEAP; (2) The total amount of energy assistance available to the household; and (3) Balances remaining, if any, on the accounts after a LIEAP payment.
