of establishing per diem rates -- Case mix adjusted direct care costs. When calculating the allowable payment for the case mix adjusted direct care costs for the state fiscal year 2005 and thereafter, the department shall pay 80 percent of the costs between the 115 and 125 percent ceilings. The department does not recognize any case mix adjusted direct care costs which exceed 125 percent.
