Article 67:15 (LIEAP), Article 67:16 (MS - Transportation) Article 67:18 (Child Support Enforcement), Article 67:42 (Family Foster Homes), Article 67:46 (Economic Assistance)Effective

Services provided outside South Dakota shall be covered if all of the following criteria are met: (1) The services provided are covered under this chapter; (2) The home health agency has signed a provider agreement with the department; and (3) The home health agency is a participating provider in the Medicaid program in the state in which the services are provided.
