Liability insurance. At a minimum, the provider shall have liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 for bodily injury to or death of any person in a single accident and $1,000,000 for destruction of or damage to property in a single accident. If the policy is written on a single limit basis, the policy must specify that the limit is $1,000,000 for each occurrence.
