individual no longer receives assistance -- Notice. When an individual no longer receives Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or Medicaid, the department shall notify the individual of the opportunity to continue receiving enforcement services. The notice shall inform the individual of the benefits and consequences of continuing to receive services, including the available services and the fees that may be imposed, and the cost recovery and distribution policies of the department. The department shall continue to provide enforcement services unless the individual notifies the department that continued services are not desired.
