Cooperative agreements may include provisions which relate to items such as the following: (1) Safeguarding information furnished; (2) Restricting the use of any information disclosed to purposes directly related to their official duties; (3) Maintaining records and audit documents in the form and containing the information the department may require; (4) Forwarding any collections to the department no later than ten days after the date of receipt; and (5) Conformity to any federal or state laws enacted and regulations promulgated in connection with the child support enforcement program.
