Terms used in this chapter mean: (1) "Auxiliary placement program," the program that reimburses educational expenses for eligible youth in residential placement; (2) "Community support provider," a nonprofit facility as defined in SDCL subdivision 27B-1-17(4); (3) "Department," the Department of Social Services; (4) "Independent living preparation program," "ILPP," a facility as defined in § 67:42:13:01; (5) "Intensive residential treatment center," "IRTC," a program as defined in § 67:42:15:01; (6) "Group care center," a facility as defined in § 67:42:07:01; (7) "Residential treatment center," a facility as defined in § 67:42:08:01; and (8) "Youth," an individual under the age of 21.
