services. Home nutrition services may be provided to the following individuals: (1) An individual age 60 or older who is unable to leave home due to illness or disability; (2) Regardless of age, an individual living with a spouse age 60 or over unable to leave home due to illness or disability; or (3) An individual with a disability who resides with an individual age 60 or over unable to leave home due to illness or disability.
