for staff providing supervision. An individual who supervises staff providing direct services and support must be a mental health professional who has at least a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or nursing, currently holds a license in that field, and has two years of supervised post graduate clinical experience in a mental health, family, or child welfare setting. The supervisor may not have on record a substantiated report of child abuse or neglect.
