Where infants are cared for, there must be a diaper changing table with a top that is easily cleanable and nonabsorbent. The table must be cleaned after each use. Soiled diapers must be kept in a leakproof, nonabsorbent container that is covered with a tight-fitting lid. A hand lavatory must be located near the diaper changing area.
