All parts of the facility must be clean, neat, and free of litter and rubbish. Garbage must be kept in durable, easily cleanable, insect-proof, and rodent-proof containers that do not leak or absorb liquids. Measures must be taken to minimize the presence of rodents, flies, cockroaches, and other insects on the premises.
