67:42:15:04Staff qualifications -- Program director.

The program director must have a master’s degree in an accredited behavioral or social science area and at least four years of relevant alternative child care experience or a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science and at least six years of relevant alternative child care experience. The program director may not have on record a substantiated report of child abuse or neglect.
