67:42:15:08Caseloads -- Limits.

The caseload for a fulltime case manager, counselor, or therapist is limited to 12 children. If providing both therapy and case management services, the caseload may not exceed six children. The caseload for a part-time case manager, counselor, or therapist must be reduced proportionately according to the number of hours worked in relation to fulltime staff.
