If care is provided between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the following requirements apply: (1) Center providers on duty must be awake and alert to the needs of children; (2) Family day care providers must be accessible and responsive to children who awaken during the night and require attention; and (3) Providers shall supply a cot or bed for each child in overnight care.
