67:42:18:27Sleeping space.

A kinship foster home must have sufficient sleeping space to comfortably accommodate a kinship child in care as well as the kinship foster parent's family. The kinship foster home must meet the following requirements: (1) The kinship foster parent must provide bed linens, blankets, and pillows for a kinship child over the age of one; (2) The licensing agency must approve the sleep space plan for the kinship child placed with a kinship foster parent; and (3) The kinship foster parent must follow safe sleep practices for an infant under the age of one.
