67:45:03:11Cases of suspected fraud -- Investigation -- Restitution.

If the department receives a report that suggests fraud or abuse has occurred or is occurring in a facility, the department must immediately investigate to determine the validity of the report. Nothing contained in this chapter restricts the department's ability to collect payments made to a facility as a result of fraud committed by the facility.
