An applicant's resource eligibility is determined as of 12:01 a.m. on the first day of the month of application. A recipient's resource eligibility is redetermined as of 12:01 a.m. on the first day of each month. If the applicant's or recipient's resources exceed the maximum resource limit as of 12:01 a.m. on the first day of the month but is within the limit at some time during the month, the applicant or recipient is resource eligible for the entire month.
