Sections 67:46:07:10 to 67:46:07:13, inclusive, and chapter 67:46:06, except for §§ 67:46:06:02, 67:46:06:03, and 67:46:06:07, shall be used to determine the amount of long-term care assistance the institutionalized spouse is eligible to receive from the department.
