67:46:10:06Exclusions from resources.

All resources are considered available to the household unless excluded. The following resources are excluded: (1) Personal residence and the contiguous land; (2) Personal property, such as household furniture, life insurance policies, items essential for daily living, and automobiles; (3) Income-producing property within the limits established in § 67:46:10:04; and (4) Income-producing personal property, such as equipment, inventory of a small business, or tools needed to produce income during or following rehabilitation services.
