67:47:02:02Application for child care services.

A recipient of temporary assistance to needy families seeking child care assistance shall submit a completed and signed application for assistance to the Department of Social Services within 90 days after the beginning of the approved activity that resulted in the need for child care services. An application is void if the department requests additional information and the recipient fails to respond within 10 working days after the request.
