67:48:01:11Postponement of intentional program violation

hearing. The individual may request that the IPV hearing be postponed. The request must be made at least 10 days before the date of the scheduled hearing. The hearing may not be postponed for more than 30 days and the number of postponements is limited to one. If the hearing is postponed, the department shall extend the 90-day time limit established in § 67:48:01:10 for as many days as the hearing is postponed.
