ineligible for assistance. If the department finds that the individual owned property or other assets which would have made the individual ineligible for medical assistance, the department shall seek to recover the amount of benefits paid and the prohibitions for the placement of liens and the recovery from estates contained in §§ 67:48:02:04 and 67:48:02:05 do not apply.
