Personal care services include the following: (1) Assistance with basic living skills such as eating, drinking, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene; (2) Assistance with the preparation of meals, not to include the cost of the food itself; and (3) Assistance with housekeeping chores such as making the bed, dusting, and vacuuming. The need for personal care services shall be documented in the participant's ISP.
