of payment. The division shall establish and specify in the division's contract with the provider the rate of payment for service coordination. The participant's ISP shall document an established rate for respite, personal, and companion care services. The remaining covered services are paid based on the charges billed for the services provided not to exceed the limits identified in the approved participant's ISP.
