67:61:02:17Appeal procedure.

An agency may appeal to the secretary of the department any denial, revocation, or suspension of certification, or placement on probation by the department. An appeal under this section must be sent by certified mail within fifteen days after receipt of notification of the department's action and must include a request for a fair hearing pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26.
