67:61:05:09Organizational chart.

Each agency shall have a current organizational chart that indicates lines of authority from the board of directors, if the agency has a board, or from the agency director, and lines of authority for all job classifications. The organizational chart must be made available to all staff members, the board of directors, if applicable, and the department.
