67:61:09:02Sanitation and safety standards.

Each residential program shall meet the sanitation and safety standards for food service, as set forth in chapter 44:02:07. An agency that provides dietary services, by agreement or contract with a second party, shall ensure that the provider of dietary services has passed an annual, documented sanitation inspection conducted by the Department of Health.
