67:62:02:16Appeal procedure.

A center may appeal to the secretary of the department any denial, revocation, or suspension of accreditation, or placement on probation by the department. An appeal under this section must be sent by certified mail within fifteen days after receipt of the notification of the department's action and must include a request for a fair hearing pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26.
