of incorporation. Any center accredited by the department shall be established as a nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of South Dakota. A copy of the articles of incorporation or a nonprofit organization shall be filed with the department before a certificate of approval is issued. A nonprofit center shall submit a copy of the letter of exemption from the Internal Revenue Service to the department.
