-- Case record review. Each center shall establish an ongoing compliance review process for the review of case records to assure the quality and appropriateness of services. Center staff shall be informed of the review process, and the review process shall be made a part of the center's policies and procedures manual. The center shall have a procedure to address any issues discovered during the compliance review process.
