67:62:05:06Fees for services.

The board of a center shall adopt a schedule of fees for services. The fees must be based on a client's ability to pay. A center shall provide its clients, referral resources, the public, and the department with up-to-date fees for services, including the fee per unit of service and any standard fee not included in the unit rate charged by the center. A center shall attempt to collect from clients payments for services, in accordance with the adopted fee schedule. A center shall attempt to collect, from third-party sources reimbursement for the cost of services provided to a client.
