67:62:13:08Nonreimbursable services.

The following are nonreimbursable under this chapter: (1) Vocational counseling and vocational training in a classroom or at a job site; (2) Academic educational services; (3) Services solely recreational in nature; (4) Services for individuals other than eligible clients; (5) Services delivered by telephone or through other non-face-to-face contact; (6) Services provided in an institution for mental disease; (7) Services provided to clients who are in detoxification centers; (8) Services provided to clients who are incarcerated in correctional facilities; and (9) Transportation services.
