Each appropriate regional facility shall develop policies and procedures in the following areas related to clients: (1) Intake; (2) Orientation; (3) Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation within the facility; (4) Confidentiality; (5) Responding to grievances; (6) Discharge; (7) Dietary services; and (8) Medication control.
