Any of the following constitutes a default upon the conditions of an economic development partnership grant: (1) If the applicant knowingly makes any material false statement or report in the application; (2) Failure to secure the required matching funds for the economic development partnership grant; (3) Failure to adhere to the conditions of the economic development partnership grant; or (4) Repeated failure by the applicant to provide access to documents or to provide the reports and other information required by this chapter.
