A person may apply for a South Dakota Jobs grant pursuant to this chapter for a project as defined in § 68:02:10:01(10). The person shall: (1) Timely file an application with GOED as required by § 68:02:10:03; (2) Request the board take action to approve or deny its application for South Dakota Jobs grant pursuant to § 68:02:10:06; (3) Accept the board's approval pursuant to § 68:02:10:07; (4) Timely file an affidavit for a South Dakota Jobs grant with GOED as required by § 68:02:10:11; and (5) Otherwise comply with the conditions, restrictions, and limitations imposed by this chapter.
