for South Dakota Jobs grant. Within six months after the completion of the project, the applicant shall file an affidavit for a South Dakota Jobs grant with GOED. The affidavit for a South Dakota Jobs grant shall be on the form prescribed by the commissioner, shall include a statement that the project, as completed, substantially conforms to the project described in the original application or as modified pursuant to § 68:02:10:09, shall contain all other information required by the chapter, and be signed by the project owner. The affidavit for a South Dakota Jobs grant shall be executed under penalties of perjury.
