Rulemaking activity
Each airport must be adequately fenced to control the access of unauthorized persons, automobiles, equipment, or livestock onto the areas designated as landing areas, taxiways, or tie-down areas. The minimum property width required for approval is two hundred feet on either side of the landing area centerline. Fences may not be located closer than two hundred feet from the centerline of the landing area.
