Rulemaking activity
A permit-issuing authority may issue an annual permit which allows the movement on state trunk highways of a permit vehicle consisting of self-propelled equipment that is up to 10 feet wide, up to 55 feet long, or both, but not overheight or overweight. The permit shall be assigned to an individual unit.
