Rulemaking activity
The weight of the vehicle or combination of vehicles and its load under § 70:03:01:47 shall be computed by the formula specified in SDCL 32-22-16.1. Commercial license fees as set forth in SDCL 32-9-15 must be paid prior to use of the permit.
