The following are the criteria for information on a sign: (1) A sign shall display information which is not displayed on a standard interchange sign; and (2) A sign may list no more than two facilities followed by the interchange number or if the interchanges are not numbered by "NEXT RIGHT" or "SECOND RIGHT," or both.
