methods of lighting of directional signs. The following methods of lighting directional signs are prohibited: (1) Flashing, intermittent, or moving light; (2) Lighting which allows rays of light to be directed at any portion of the main-traveled way; (3) Lighting of such intensity or brilliance as to cause glare or impair the vision of the driver of any motor vehicle; and (4) Lighting which interferes with the effectiveness of or obscures an official traffic sign, device, or signal.
