- Speed Zone Rules and Mowing RulesEffective
on mowing of newly constructed right-of-way. Except for department mowing operations to enhance safety, control noxious weeds, or promote grass growth, mowing on newly constructed sections of highway is not allowed for a period of three years or until the grass has become permanently established.
